Delivery
Legendary Golf operates exclusively online and does not have a physical retail store. All orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
If the purchaser is not present at the time of delivery, the parcel may be accepted by another person at the delivery address who will be required to sign for the delivery.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping
All South African orders are shipped using a trusted courier service that provides trackable delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the courier service selected.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided delivery address.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery to ensure the product has arrived in good condition.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to assist with an exchange or store credit.
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order for either:

a store credit of equal value.
Refunds may be issued only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Legendary Golf reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
